The Coaches Committee of the Arab Cycling Federation held its first meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Ali Hameed, with the participation of committee members. During the meeting, several topics related to the committee\u2019s responsibilities and future plans were discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the beginning of the meeting, it was agreed to appoint Mr. Badr Ali Thani as Vice Chairman of the Committee, while Dr. Alaa Jassim Issa was selected as Committee Secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Committee members discussed a number of initiatives aimed at developing the coaching system across the Arab world. They emphasized the importance of collecting data and reviewing the coaching classification systems currently adopted by Arab cycling federations, as a foundation for establishing a unified and appropriate Arab coaching classification system that would contribute to raising the technical standards of coaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The committee also reviewed proposals for developing specialized plans and programs to enhance the capabilities of Arab coaches, including the organization of educational and certification courses designed to improve their technical and scientific competencies in line with the rapid developments taking place in the sport of cycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Members highlighted the importance of benefiting from modern technologies, advanced training methods, and artificial intelligence applications to improve the coaching process, enhance technical performance, and elevate coaching standards throughout the Arab region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The meeting further discussed a proposal to establish an Arab Coaches Platform that would include a database of certified coaches and their qualifications. The platform would provide coaches with opportunities to benefit from support programs, participate in future educational courses, and promote their profiles through the Arab Cycling Federation\u2019s official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The committee also addressed the importance of organizing coaching exchange and internship programs in countries with advanced cycling systems, enabling Arab coaches to learn from the latest international practices and experiences and transfer this knowledge to Arab federations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Chairman and members of the Committee reaffirmed their commitment to implementing initiatives and projects that contribute to the development of Arab coaches and the enhancement of their professional capabilities, ultimately supporting the continued growth and success of cycling throughout the Arab world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
