Role & Responsibility
- Reviewing all refereed disputes and propose the appropriate solutions and submit the document to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Ensure all necessary efforts implemented to find solutions of all referred disputes which include: complaints and documents reviewals, setting hearing sessions -as required- with sitting with conflicting parties, and investigating supporting facts to reach most effective solutions without violating the relevant laws and regulations.
- Follow the guidelines and rules and regulations of the International Union (UCI) in case of disputes.
- Prepare the Annual report on the committee activity and submit it to the board.
- Any tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
