Committee for Reviewing and Amending the Arab Cycling Federation’s Statutes Completes the Draft Amended Statutes

اجتماع لجنة دراسة وتعديل النظام الأساسي للاتحاد العربي للدراجات عبر الاتصال المرئي

The Committee for Studying the Arab Cycling Federation’s Statutes and Drafting the Proposed Amendments has continued its work, holding two meetings since its formation, in order to review the Statutes and reconsider and address the wording of some articles, contributing to the development of the Federation’s organizational and administrative framework and enhancing the clarity of its articles and provisions.

The Committee is chaired by Mr. Mansour Juma Bousaiba, with Mr. Mohammed Al-Eidaroos, Mr. Youssef Harb, and Mr. Ayman Ali Hassan as members, with the participation of Dr. Ashraf Sayed Imam, Secretary General of the Federation, and Mr. Fadi Kalash, Executive Secretary.

During the two meetings, the Committee discussed the various articles of the Statutes, reviewed the existing texts, and worked on drafting the proposed amendments in line with the requirements of the current stage and the Federation’s aspirations to develop its institutional work system.

The Committee has concluded its work and approved the draft amended Statutes, in preparation for presenting it to the Board of Directors of the Arab Cycling Federation for review and discussion, before submitting it to the General Assembly for ratification and adoption in accordance with the approved procedures.

The preparation of the amended Statutes comes within the Arab Cycling Federation’s commitment to developing its systems and regulations, strengthening governance and institutional organization, supporting the Federation’s progress, and contributing to the continued development of Arab cycling.
